The requests/month limit applies to Poisedize (writing suggestions) and Explain (text explanations). Each request counts as one use of these features.

Unlimited word lookups are available on all plans—you can look up words as many times as you want without counting against your monthly limit.

Your quota resets on the first day of each billing month. No rollover of unused requests.

When you reach your monthly limit, Poisedly will notify you in the extension. You can still use word lookups (which are unlimited), but Poisedize and Explain features will be temporarily unavailable.

You have two options:

• Upgrade to a higher plan for more requests
• Wait until your quota resets on the next billing cycle

Yes! Complete flexibility is one of our core promises. You can:

• Upgrade: Switch to a higher plan anytime and get the difference prorated
• Downgrade: Move to a lower plan with prorated refund applied to your next billing
• Cancel: Cancel your subscription instantly with no penalties or questions asked

You'll keep your access until your current billing cycle ends.

We don't offer pro-rata refunds when canceling mid-cycle. However, you'll keep full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.

We recommend canceling during your last week of billing if you want to avoid the next charge.

Annual plans are billed once per year and come with a 20% discount compared to paying monthly.

Example: Pro plan saves you ~$4.56/year (paying $18.24/year vs $22.80 monthly).

Currently, Poisedly is optimized for native Chinese speakers learning English. Our AI coaching, translations, and explanations are tailored for this audience.
